I’m looking at other coaching companies, why should I go with you…And How Are You Different From Other Coaching Companies?

Putting it simply, we believe that you need to go with the coaching or consulting company that you feel is right for you and your business. We only work with clients that are the right clients for us and we’re sure you feel the same way about choosing the right coaching company for your needs.

With that in mind, here are a few items to consider in helping you make your decision:

Experience: We have been collectively coaching businesses for over 15 years. We embrace the latest technology. You can access and tap into our years of knowledge and insights we have gained from working 1on1 with owners to grow and improve their businesses.

Unique: We design our 1on1 programs to suit each individual business owner. We don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. We understand that every business and every owner is unique and needs a program that is specific to their needs at that time.

Do you specialize in a specific industry?

Yes: We only coach Trades Industry Businesses…mainly builders, plumbers and electricians and associated trades. We have written a book exclusively for Trades Industry business owners called ‘Would you like Profits with that?’ And we have developed the world’s first and only online Trades Industry Online Coaching Programs and websites.

Will it work for my business?

Absolutely.

We have learned that every business, every owner, every leader and every situation is unique and has different requirements at various stages of their business. Some things will work immediately, other things may take more time to get in to place and working properly.

We’ll work with you to customize the program so it is right for you and your business, your products, your services, your team and your goals.

It’s much easier and a lot more fun than you may think.

Over the years, there have been cases where the coaching programs weren’t right for people, we have had to ‘let-go’ of a very, very small percentage of clients who simply were not doing what they said they wanted to do and lacked real commitment to the program which is a waste of time for all involved, but this is exceedingly rare as we make sure everyone is on the same page before we begin any coaching programs.

How do you work with your clients?

In our 1on1 programs, clients pay us monthly in advance and we work over the phone and via the internet. We have tried both ‘on-site’ and phone coaching and we have found that phone coaching (in the vast majority of cases) proves to be extremely effective and efficient.

If you’d like to work face to face, we’d ask you to consider the following: ‘Would you like your business to run in an automated fashion instead of you having to constantly be there looking after it?’ If that sounds appealing to you, then trust our years of trial and error and research and go with our method, it works…and again it is very effective and efficient. With technology these days the argument for phone and internet coaching is more pronounced than ever.

With that in mind, we do encourage Group 90 Day Planning and Strategy Sessions which are usually held at a venue in a convenient location. Our clients enjoy the interaction with other like-minded business owners as well.

Then if we are all comfortable we can make a time to get started.

Typically, you’ll have a set time that is between 1 to 1 ½ hours on a set day on either bi-weekly or weekly cycle. Once we’re working, we’ll work out a time and day that suits all of us and we’ll stick to it.

In addition to the above services, you are free to contact us at anytime and as often as you need (of course within reason) via email, phone or fax with any questions or any help that you need.

What are your fees?

We have several programs to choose from and the best program depends on your business and your situation. We have products that are lower in price (see our online options), training programs (workshops) and of course our 1on1 programs.

How Long Does It Take To Get Results?

Again, it all depends on your current situation and your business…every business and every owner or leader is unique.

If a business really needs to make some money immediately, we’ll work on bringing in profitable cash flow straight away. Then, once that is under control, we can work on stabilizing the business and preparing for additional growth.

On the flip side, if you already have plenty of profitable cash flow, we work on preparing for the next phase of growth, reducing any risk in your business and taking your efficiencies, your team, your systems and your entire ‘business machine’ to a whole new level…preparing for the next level of growth.

As we talk about in our book, compounding is a very powerful thing. As all of the ‘9 Keys’ become stronger and more effective and efficient, the compounding grows in both speed and size. From our very first session, the way you look at your business will be different and the week in week out compounding effect begins to kick in.

Time and money are the most common desires and the results can begin to happen almost immediately.

We recommend a minimum of 12 months on our 1on1 programs and can work with clients for many years as their business goes through various stages of growth.
